Sheps Center for Health Services Research, and Associate Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management, Gillings School of Global Public Health, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before receiving a doctorate in health services organization and policy with a concentration in corporate finance, Dr. Reiter worked in public accounting serving clients and non-profits in the insurance industry.

Dr. Louis C. Gapenski (late) was a professor of health services administration with a specialization in healthcare and corporate finance at the University of Florida. He was the author of over 30 textbooks, which are used worldwide and include Canadian and international editions as well as translations in more than 7 languages. Gapenski has published 40 journal articles related to corporate and healthcare finance and was active in several professional associations.
