He got his Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology from Michigan State University. He has experience in human resource management and is a business and personal consultant in leadership, career management, and management development. Dr. Dubrin has written many textbooks on management, organizational behavior, leadership, political behavior in organizations, human relations, and impression management.
