Thanks for shopping at ToF Books. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you. Since all our products are digital (usually in ePub or PDF format), returns aren’t really possible. However, we at ToF Books understand that a person may want a refund due to many reasons, therefore we have the following policy for refunds:
- We have a 3 days refund policy in case a product doesn’t meet the description, is the wrong edition, or is not formatted properly (and not stated on the product page. Note: Some books are converted, hence their formatting will NOT match the physical books. We try to mention this on the product page). ToF Books will refund you the Full Amount in such case.
- In case of duplicate purchases, double charges, etc, you can ask for a refund anytime. We will honor your request even if it’s 6 months late.
- If you have mistakenly purchased a product, or multiple copies without needing it (and you just needed 1), please do inform us almost immediately, and we will try and refund you the full amount. However, this is done on a case-by-case basis and we take some things into consideration like how soon you informed us, did you download the product or not, etc. (Thank you for being honest)
When asking for a refund, please contact us eMail (preferred) or the contact form/page, and tell us the problem along with your order number and/or email you used for the order and mode of payment. We try to respond within a maximum of 68 hours (however, it’s usually much earlier).
Contact us for any problems, we try our best to solve them. After all, ToF Books is a website made by students FOR other students who want to save money!
