Seeley’s Anatomy and Physiology, 12th Edition, (PDF) is written for the two-semester anatomy & physiology course. Seeley’s A&P writing is all-inclusive, providing the intensity necessary for those courses not requiring prerequisites, and yet, is provided with such clarity that it nicely equalizes the thorough coverage. Clear descriptions and exceptional illustrations integrate to help students develop a firm understanding of the theories of anatomy and physiology and to teach them how to use that information. Great care has been taken to choose important concepts and to perfectly describe the anatomy of organs, cells, and organ systems. To stress the concepts of anatomy and physiology, the Seeley A&P authors offer explanations of changes in physical activity, how the systems respond to aging, and disease, with a particular focus on homeostasis and the regulatory mechanisms that maintain it. This ebook has more clinical content than any other AandP book on the market.
